Ingredients

3 lbs. Chicken Wings (large)
1/2 cup All-purpose Flour
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp. Ground Pepper
1/2 tsp. Minced Ginger
1/4 cup Minced Garlic
1 tsp. Vegetable Oil
Sesame Seeds (to taste)
1 1/4 qts. Red Gold Sriracha Ketchup
1 1/3 cup Honey
3 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce

Instructions

To Make the Sauce:

Combine minced ginger, minced garlic, vegetable oil, Red Gold Sriracha Ketchup, honey and Worcestershire sauce in a medium sauce pan and bring to a boil while whisking periodically.
Keep warm.

To Make the Wings:

In a plastic bag, place all the chicken wings, all-purpose flour, salt, and ground pepper. Seal the top and shake until all the chicken wings are coated in flour.
Deep fry the wings for 3-4 minutes on each side or until nice and golden brown. Remove the wings from oil and place them on a plate, lined with a paper towel.
Pour our fried chicken wings in the sauce. Mix up until all the chicken wings are coated with the spicy sauce. Remove from heat.
Plate wings and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
