Ingredients

110 ounces AdvancePierre™ Beef Crumbles, thawed
50 ounces (5 cups) Red Gold® Nutritionally Enhanced Salsa
100 ounces Frozen tater tots
50 ounces LAND O LAKES® Mucho Queso™ Jalapeño Cheese Sauce
12 1/2 ounces Shredded lettuce
12 1/2 ounces Tomatoes, seeded, diced

Instructions

1.Combine beef crumbles and salsa; heat to 165°F. Hold warm until service.
CCP: Heat to 165°F for at least 15 seconds
CCP: Maintain hot food at 140°F or above
Arrange tater tots on parchment-lined sheet pan; bake in 450°F oven 10-15 minutes. Hold hot until service.
