Spicy Ketchup Chicken Wings

3 lbs. Chicken Wings (large)
1/2 cup All-purpose Flour
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp. Ground Pepper
1/2 tsp. Minced Ginger
1/4 cup Minced Garlic
1 tsp. Vegetable Oil
Sesame Seeds (to taste)
1 1/4 qts. Red Gold Sriracha Ketchup
1 1/3 cup Honey
3 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce


To Make the Sauce:
  • Combine minced ginger, minced garlic, vegetable oil, Red Gold Sriracha Ketchup, honey and Worcestershire sauce in a medium sauce pan and bring to a boil while whisking periodically.
  • Keep warm.
To Make the Wings:
  • In a plastic bag, place all the chicken wings, all-purpose flour, salt, and ground pepper. Seal the top and shake until all the chicken wings are coated in flour.
  • Deep fry the wings for 3-4 minutes on each side or until nice and golden brown. Remove the wings from oil and place them on a plate, lined with a paper towel.
  • Pour our fried chicken wings in the sauce. Mix up until all the chicken wings are coated with the spicy sauce. Remove from heat.
  • Plate wings and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
