7 lb. Chicken Thighs, or Chicken Breast cut into 1 1/2” chunks
1-#10 can Red Gold Whole Peeled Tomatoes (drained)
4 Red Bell Peppers, seeded and cut into 1 1/2” pieces
4 Green Bell Pepper, seeded and cut into 1 1/2” pieces
4 Sweet Onions, peeled and cut into 1 1/2” pieces
Wooden skewers, that have been soaked in water for 30 minutes or longer
