2 pounds fresh asparagus
1 10# can (106 ounces) of Red Gold® Whole Peeled Tomatoes
8 (6 ounce) cans Red Gold® Tomato Paste 6 oz
salt and black pepper to taste
2 teaspoons dried oregano
2 cups dry white wine
8 cups fettuccine, cooked and drained
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese, or grated Romano cheese
