The product Non-GMO project verified was certified by a third party and this premium call out is adorned on the new Foodservice labels of each available product in Red Gold’s family of brands. An added feature of Red Gold’s labeling is the bilingual feature of product and nutritional information.

If you’re considering some of these call outs, it might just pay off. Key word phrases on your menu can also justify a higher price. According to Food Insider Journal, 75% of consumers are willing to pay more for a food or beverage item whose ingredients they recognize and trust.
The term “clean label” has become a common phrase meaning healthy ingredients, and it is gaining traction among consumers. “Premium ingredients” and “innovative flavor” are two other terms that are powerful in describing a condiment, sauce or dressing and supports an operator’s commitment to quality.
